Canceling your earnings.live subscription is simple and can be done at any time. We provide multiple ways to cancel your subscription:

Method 1: Customer Portal (Recommended)

  1. Log into your earnings.live account
  2. Go to Settings or Account Management
  3. Click on "Manage Subscription" or "Billing Portal"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription" from the options
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation

Method 2: Contact Support

If you need assistance with cancellation, our support team is here to help. Contact us through our website and we'll process your cancellation request promptly.

2. When Your Cancellation Takes Effect

Your subscription will be marked for cancellation immediately, but you'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your access to premium features will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle, and you won't be charged for the next period.

After cancellation, your account will automatically revert to our free tier, so you can continue using basic features.

3. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with service, unused subscription time, or change of mind.

The only exception is for legitimate billing errors on our part, such as duplicate charges, charges applied to incorrect accounts, or technical errors in payment processing.

5. Account Data After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your preferences, watchlists, and account settings are preserved
  • AI summaries, advanced analytics, and premium-only features become unavailable

6. Involuntary Cancellations

Your subscription may be cancelled automatically in the following situations:

  • Payment Failures: If payment cannot be processed for your subscription
  • Terms Violation: If your account violates our Terms of Service
  • Chargebacks: If you dispute charges with your bank or credit card company

Cancellation is immediate (with access until end of billing period), and reactivation is immediate upon successful payment.
